i search for a good php , mysql programmer wo can build a cms that has 4 pages of a already developed website .
The website is made and layouted but custommer now want ot add like news, jobs ,... via a admin ( cms ) on some pages ( not all pages )
important is that programmer is also a good communicator and willing to communicate on skype. ( no chat but close communication by voice )
