I need one custom theme for WordPress created. I will be using this website to post funny pictures. The website will have similar features as http://lolsnaps.com The following are the requirements for the new theme:
1) Need small header similar to http://lolsnaps.com/
2) The next and previous buttons on pictures similar to DamnLOL.com
3) The content area needs to be atleast 728px similar to LOLSnaps.com & the sidebar needs to be 300px.
4) The website need to have light background colors similar to lolsnaps but not exact same colors.
5) The theme should be light weight and should be able to handle alot of traffic. Use more CSS instead of making PHP calls for everything.
6) The theme should be SEO friendly.
