We are a nonprofit start up offering high-level American access to Chinese and East Asian populations - visitations to political figures in Washington D.C., engagement with think tanks and international organizations like the United Nations, and in depth programs at Ivy League schools. Although we serve youth (highschool + college) populations, we will soon begin programming for career professionals in the government sector.
Our website was developed using Joomla with a small budget. Now that we had one successful program, we want to transform our current website into something more impressive, less emphasis on registration functions, and tailored for both Eastern and Western audiences. We hope to one day mirror an organization like http://www.meridian.org/ (though we are far off).
We are open to contracting the following services:

Creation of business cards and letterhead
Redesign of website (without substantial restructuring of web architecture) including - writing, simple flash media, color scheme, etc.
Development of registration and e-cart functions
